If my ex wife doesn't take them, I throw them out. I have no use for empty tins that take up space.
That's a great idea! I was literally going to post this question today. I was thinking of nailing them to the wall from the inside of the tin but this method had less holes in it.... Baaazing!I have a magnet bar on the wall in my smoking room/porch. The tins that have nice tin art get stuck to the magnet bar.
I bought them at Harbor Freight. Link: 18 in. Magnetic Tool Holder - https://www.harborfreight.com/18-in-magnetic-tool-holder-60433.html?_br_psugg_q=magnetic+barThat's a great idea! I give them to some weed smoking friends.
They seem to appreciate them, not as much as Cheetos, but oh well....
Solani hinged tins are their favorites.
For musicians- they make nice guitar pick holders. I also remove the stickers, put them on my music gear flight cases and refill some of the tins for carrying bulk tobacco around. I even print & laminate approprate jar labels for the reused tins.
Removing labels in tact? Anyone!
Wow, this is a great idea. And it gives me another excuse to play with my fly fishing gear during the winter off-season.I like the square tins for fly fishing nymph boxes. Round ones work too.
