Hahaha, yeah, I don't know I mean to me it was obvious and my brain could fill in the blanks, but I've had the pipe in my hand so obviously I should have thought about that? I don't know.I'm still trying to get my head around someone "seeing" a pipe designed like this:

I agree with everything you wrote in this post - weird.I really wish there was a more contrasting shot for One—what appears as a hard edge of the stem where it meets the metal of the spigot still bugs me; the Tulip shape on Two bothers me, but, I like the overall feel. I'm on the fence with this one and will need to think about it. I much preferred the one piece and the one with the bamboo shank and colourful stem much more than either of these.
That bro is the superior Lee screw spigotI'm still trying to get my head around someone "seeing" a pipe designed like this:

I’m not even sure Lee pipes existed. Are you saying while it's possible to run from Lee around here, it's impossible to hide?

Or 1000 pineapple lumps.It’s 15 bananas
A silver band on a Cutty wouldn't be an issue for me either...it's the spigot that doesn't work. And I like spigots generally, but just looks all wrong on a Cutty.Or it broke and some used a handy silver band to fix it.
(I’m just stirring the pot. Nutn’ wrong with silver on a cutty in my book)
I had that feeling when Mr. Lee began posting, but I have since met two others that I can personally attest to being real people that also collect Lee pipes.I’m not even sure Lee pipes existed.
