I'm telling you, it's how they are getting rid of their hazardous waste now. Form it into an apparently useful object and sell it at a discount to an unsuspecting denizen of the world. But, they planned ahead; their special filamentous tobacco (developed by their best chemists) neutralizes the toxic off-gassing of the pipe material for the duration of the smoke!

I'm not sure aliexpress has a rigorous buyer protection plan like ebay. I think our relationship has soured.
