Mick, are you any closer to Up In Smoke at 75 & Northwest Hwy ? Thats a lot closer to me, would be fairly easy to meet up there some time.

I'm thinking Preston and Frankford. That's the only one I've been to. Up in smoke is nice, too, but not near me. Not to say I couldn't make it on a weekend, though.

Yep. Although I am pretty centrally located since I live close to the area where 75 and 635 meet. But as some of you may recall, I work out of town during most of the week. Hence Fridays are a little difficult. It all depends where I'm at on Fridays. Lately I've been real swamped so it's been even tough for me to go do anything on the weekends.

You're pretty close to Two Brothers In Plano as well.

Yep, been there once or twice. It's mainly a cigar crowd from what I gathered when I was there. But I may be wrong

Yeah. It is. The bonus of that place is the nice patio and motorcycle parking. Their cigar selection is nice and they have a few things for the piper.

Just a bump so all our Texas mambers can try to come to the meeting. It's at Sir Elliot's at Frankford and Preston in Dallas Friday at 1:30 pm. So far I only know for sure it's me and Lonestar. Anyone who wants to hang out and have a bowl is welcome. if you can't make the meeting, feel free to offer up other days and places to meet people.

Well we had our meet today. Lonestar showed me some of the cool pipes he's made and we smoked it up and had some of the great fresh brewed coffee there at Sir Elliot's. All I got was these crummy cell phone caps, but we are both looking forward to the next DFW meeting, wherever and whenever it is!

Out in Caddo Mills here, but I work in Richardson. Wouldn't mind getting together with some folks. I'll keep my eyes peeled for your next meet-up. Also thanks to all those who mentioned various locations as I've been looking for places to get pipe related items.

Sounds good..most every day I can be at up in smoke on McKinney ( the one you suggested ) around noon..just hafta take a long lunch break..if that's convenient for anyone else.
