That much tobacco you could have done two boxes and sent them opposite directions through the route.
Make someone half the thief!

This is the current box route, it is dynamic so things could change. But this is it for the time being.

@Puffaluffaguss will be the first to receive it.View attachment 221890
There is one participant who is not shown on the map, they are in Hawaii and I have not decided where to stick them in yet, but will be working that out soon. KC is the starting point. This route is intended to minimize shipping distances/times.

Lmao made me laugh when i found myself on the map

Classic episode!
I love Seinfeld, I actually never watched it when it came out, but later on, maybe a few episodes here and there.

I just love the scene where they turn the hallway into like a BBQ patio scene and Kramer has his pipe. LOL 😆

I took this picture while actually watching it. :)

Here he is with a Czech tool messing with his pipe. LOL 😆

Fellows,

I was a man of integrity until I received The Box. The stash was too good; so, I've sold my soul, cellared everything, and will now check out here. Have a nice life.

I kid! But seriously, I am beside myself excited with what I have the opportunity to sample. 60 and 50 year old tobaccos (!), special releases I'd kicked myself for not nabbing, classics I'd only just missed in my smoking career, and some highly rated blends that have been on my "To Try" list for years.

Each of you who contrinuted to this -- Thank you! Your generosity has made possible for some of us things that never otherwise could have been. Many returns to you!

I've bagged bowl-sized portions of each tobacco I wanted to try, so as not to hold up The Box's relentless campaign across this land. In the coming days, God willing, I'll be posting my experience of these treasures on WAYS.

@RustiePyles CPG has done a truly above-and-beyond job in putting this together. And I don't just mean in the logistics. When I opened the box, the care and organization he put into this was very evident. He has labeled and arranged everything beautifully, included mylar for ongoing contributions, etc. Bravo.

@RustiePyles CPG also included this very cool little tamper he turned from catalin:

I wanted to keep it, to pair with my one (almost) matching bakelite stem. I second-guessed whether the first recipient should pick out this treasure for himself, but finally decided that I could so long as I replaced it with some other material treasure (besides tobacco). So I did -- there's now another surprise in there for somebody else.

Additionally, I've added 1 oz. of 2013 Butera Pelican for subsequent recipients to sample (as well as a little something I concocted just for the next recipient, @AroEnglish).

The Box is now re-packed and set to depart the Northwoods of Wisconsin. It should be en route to Mid-Michigan later this morning.

See you on WAYS!

Glad you enjoyed the box, and thank you for your prompt repack and send off. I and the other participants appreciate you keeping it moving in timely manner. I spy some very nice additions, @AroEnglish is gonna have some good stuff to sample for sure.

FYI, catalin & Bakelite are the same thing. Any Bakelite that’s not black/brown is technically called Catalin. 😉 Hope you enjoy the tamper, I really like them. They feel great in the hand.

Oh, I forgot to mention I actually watched all of it last year on Hulu.

So I’ve either become more stupid in my old age, or I found an appreciation for something like this, I couldn’t grasp in my youth. LOL 😆

I watched it through quite a while back. I don't watch much TV, but when I do I enjoy watching these episodes again. Some of them just never get old. I too couldn't grasp this in my youth and find it hysterical now

Netflix, Hulu, Prime, got em all, just sitting back with the big widescreen tv going wild. LOL 😆

I’ll be like George glued to the tube! LOL 😆
