Yes they have. A New Orleans lawyer and some fans apparently filed suit against the NFL because the refs missed a pass interference call at 1:40 left in the NFC championship game. If they called it, the Saints could have won instead of losing in OT. Then the Saints would have gone to the Super Bowl, where they would have been stomped by the Patriots instead of the Rams.
gerryp, I'm afraid you have the particulars a bit skewed. THE C&D went out to a website that used our tin art, without asking us, as part of their label printing template service. We always welcome individuals to copy our tin art for their own personal use.
alan73, this may be why Standard Tobacco has been so damned successful. We're not a big company. We're not even a small company. We have no employees. None of us are paid, including the lawyer. So however you think a tobacco company should be run, probably doesn't apply to us. But if you think that we're going about it all wrong, you are welcome to have a go at it yourself and start your own tobacco company. I just don't want to tell you how you should go about it, that would be far too presumptuous of me.
