I've tried for a couple weeks a few times, but could never get past the itchiness. I was recently in vacation and forgot to bring a razor, even though I brought a brush and soap. After a week, I kinda liked the look, but screwed up the first trim, so I left just the goatee. Been about a month now and it's no longer itchy, but still feels odd with my head on the pillow. My wife is ambivalent, which I guess is fairly positive.

This was my beard a few months ago. I grow one every year then go 'aarrggghh!' and shave it. I'm growing it back again.

Wouldn't call this "rocking" as that seems to imply real panache. But a few years ago, this is what I wore.
Have had 50 or so beards, and you may assume correctly that I don't keep them a long time.

Mine started as sideburns for a Halloween costume. Over time it became just the beard and then mustache. My profile pic is several years old. Before the stache grew in.

The colonel- right under the lower lip.
The thigh tickler- chops.
The flavor savor- the stash.
The booty buffer- bottom of the chin.
The tickle me Elmo- the sides of the goatee.
