I just started playing the new Hogwarts game on the xbox. An absolutely excellent game. I started gaming on atari.

I always wait till new releases have been out a year or two, until the prices really drop. There are to many other games out there, so I’ll never cough up $50-$60 for a game.

I’ve been playing Age of Empires II on the Xbox. I played it obsessively in the 90s so it’s been fun to get back into it. They did a pretty good job at updating the mechanics for console.

It has the added benefit of being free with Game Pass.

My grandson has it. I told him to tell his dad he needs a Switch so he can play Metroid Pime Remastered. I have the original release on Gamecube so it looks like he will have to play it here.

FF games are good. I enjoy the Mana games also.

Just got a Asus ROG Ally handheld and started playing Baldur’s Gate 3. My weekend will be great.

So far this year I've beat:
Final Fantasy 9
Cyberpunk 2077
Hogworts Legacy
then
Played Diablo 4 (100 barb preseason, 80 sorc season 1) for awhile now its onto Baldur's Gate 3 for a month until Starfield comes out.

Last half of 2023 has been pretty nice for gaming (new releases).

I had Battle Chess on my Amiga eons ago. Fun.

I just played through the original Call of Duty 2 again. It takes some contortions to get it to run on a modern version of Windows. I may try to get COD to run next. Don’t ask me why, the graphics look pretty coarse these days.
