I haven't been a "heavy" drinker in about 20 years. Before all this crap started I was having maybe two or three drinks a week. Now, I'm drinking more and I'm still not doing more than one or two drinks a day.
There is one effective treatment, don't be fat and lazy.

I am in my third week of working from home and every day seems the same...

Did you eat anything along with it? Many time's it's the drinking snacks that pack the calories, not so much the drink.I seem to be dropping weight, so it might turn out that wine isn't calorie free after all!
