Based upon the reviews contained on this thread I placed my first order with 4noggins for some bulk Captain Black. I received my order today and I very happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the tobacco in my order.

I have had nothing but great service from Rich Gottlieb of 4Noggins, I ordered some McClellend Blue Mountain and some C&D latakia a few months ago after the Sobranie throwdown. I noticed that the order had not shipped yet, I figured Rich was waiting on the blue mountain. Anyway I get a phone call from Rich informing me that the latakia had not come yet and would probably ship in about 3 more days. Rich said if I could not wait that He would send me some McClelland lat instead. I told Rich that I could wait. He did not send a E-mail, He took the time and picked up the phone and called and talked to me personally. I call that Great customer service. ::

Rich is my go-to man since he ships FREE over $99 to Alaska. None of the other guys do. Granted, he might be a bit higher on some stuff than P&C but it all evens out. Excellent service as well.
