    Opening An Irreplaceable Tin

I'd love to smoke some of my "irreplaceable" stuff. My only problem is I don't need another opened tin/jar :ROFLMAO: - I've got alot of smoking to do before I open more stuff!

    Smokingpipes Drucquer & Sons Sale

Just a reminder that GL Pease recreated these blends - and that he blended the original mixtures at the Drucquer and Sons B&M in Berkeley.

    Sir Fred, Feline Smoking Companion

My smoking Buddy, Kakoo. While I'm smoking he's usually on patrol on the railing next to me... But usually on my lap like this... One things for certain, he likes his Pipa like his dad.

    Have Not Tried Any Dunhill

Dunhill Early Morning Pipe was the first tobacco that "Clicked" for me as a brand new smoker. It was later that I learned that it was the Virginia's that I got that fleeting wonderful flavor from. I've tried it since then and it's been the most "Meh" English ever. These days, there's little...

    My First Nic Hit

Thank god that Golden Blend isn't readily available near me. I LOVED that stuff. Believe it or not, the only time I got a big Nic hit as described by OP was from GLP Gaslight of all things. Didn't dry it enough, puffed and torched it like a coal furnace, and smoked it out of a giant MM...

Jim's Watch City Simply VOriental Review.

As a big Va/Or fan and no stranger to Ernie's (WCC) blends, you are absolutely correct. I was going to do a long review but it basically boils down to - "It's good, but it will be amazing with some desperately needed time in a jar."

    Your Favorite Savinelli Pipe Shape

I have a 601, which is like a magic pipe. It smokes everything perfectly. I have a new 673 that's needs to be broken in, a Roma Lucite. Definitely looks good, I have high hopes. As I'm a Dublin fan, I'd like to catch a 904 finished to my liking. I've heard great things and they certainly look...

    The (Un)Official Secret Santa 2020!

Right now - Pretty much all Gawith Hoggarth, all plug Sam Gawith, All Condor, All Germains, Dunhill/Peterson Dark Flake, Don't know if HU is available in the UK (unavailable in the US)... There's a bunch. Good call though. If I get someone international I'd like to also include stuff that isn't...

Any Grow Your Own Folks Here?

I'll be growing air cured varietals in the future. Too much on my plate right now. The link provided above has kept my mind occupied for months - it's a great resource.

Wow, lotsa ideas! Thank you all for your posts/DMs. I'm on the right track. I'll probably do a little of column A, a little of column B...

    Looking for My Special Something...

EDIT: Fixed Capitalization in Title (See Rule 9) Looking for help and recommendations pipe people. I'm looking for an available pipe, or someone who would take a commission for the following: -Finish: Sandblasted. -Grain: Extensive and Pronounced ring grain (important) -Shape: I'm flexible...

    Called D&R Today...

Same. I'm trying to live a "There's too many good blends to be gouged" lifestyle. Haven't given in yet.

    Butter Thread

I wish I was a fuck boy but my lady and receding hairline probably wouldn't let that happen lol.

    Butter Thread

Challenge was the butter I ate growing up. It is unique from what I remember in that it had more fat. On the west coast (as I'm sure anyone around a dairy or cheese making area) we have alot of options of good butter, but I usually just get the Kirkland brand stuff at Costco.

    Called D&R Today...

Bummer. Rimboche AB being canceled does not surprise me due to it containing, "Dark fired tobacco processed with a method like that of Perique". But Picayune? I think that is the most notorious D&R pipe blend. I probably only have about a pound and a half left too...
