They get my vote. I don't really enjoy smoking my 320. I don't like the way it feels when clenching. I do very much enjoy the 122 thou ?
I've wondered about those 311's. I love the look but have picked up the idea from "I don't know where" that they are inherently wetter smokers.I've been very happy with my 311 poker.
I used to have the same thought about shorter pipes, but they've been giving me some of my best consistent smokes.I've wondered about those 311's. I love the look but have picked up the idea from "I don't know where" that they are inherently wetter smokers.
My Trevi 904 and my Clark's Favorite are both really good smokers.
I am thinking about 673 as well. Are they clenchable? I know 320 is pretty bad at clenching. The 673 is a really comfortable shape and one of my favs. I actually like the way the Rossi version looks more than the Savinelli, which has a bit more of a ridge around the bowl. I love the 122, which I find one of the most practical pipe shapes I've tried, and I badly want an old 622. I'm also always on the lookout for a good 602 and 614. I've had 320s and a 413. I like how they look, but they don't work for me. What's with an"author" shape that's too heavy to clench and tips over with the least provocation?
