    Yes. The bottom portion of the tobacco can tend to get bunched up as you are tamping. It’s always an issue because stirring it up risks mixing in ash. Then you get a mouth full of soot.     Yes. Same here. I find that the usual culprit is not taking the time to dry tobacco and pull it apart so that it doesn’t clump up. Also, sometimes I do “fold and stuff” with flake tobacco and it gets packed too tight. Much better to rub out and let dry, then pack as usual. The two issues are...

    I find website counter intuitive. I don’t see the ability to do a keyword search. And it doesn’t seem that sellers are rated. I can’t even figure out who the sellers are. On several entries I see what looks like Chinese characters. Does that mean seller is in Asia ??
