When I traveled for work, I found myself in Springfield a few times a year and always enjoyed visiting Just For Him. I would usually buy some chocolate, a house blend and a box of cigars. Rossi Rusticated Churchwarden info.
Rossi Pipes, basically a Savinelli 2nd, are great pipes. Crappy finish in many cases, but WONDERFUL smokers. I own 2 and they smoke every bit as good as my higher grade Savinellis. Go for it if you like the look of the pipe. I'm sure you will be happy with the quality. -

McClellands Syrian Has Run Out
Sad News! I enjoyed 3 Oaks Syrian, and am happy I have a few tins left. The one I will miss the most (and only have 2 tins!!!) is Orient 996. That was probably my favorite "Mellow yet flavorful," smoke when I was in the mood for subtle flavors. I greatly enjoyed that one as my morning smoke...- mackeson

Adding baccy to a smoking bowl?
Welcome to the Forums! Great question. I do this once in a while, but mostly just finish a bowl, or if it's not tasting so great, once in a while dump and start another pipe. What Do You Like In Tub Tobacco?
Used to be Carter Hall, but I just don't enjoy it as much anymore. Kind of boring to my taste the last year or so. I never liked PA, Walnut, Half and Half (the devil's fire on my tongue), or SWR much. I've never tried Chestnut, that might be one I need to sample soon though.- mackeson
