2024 latest production Penzance. This stuff is quite tasty. The casing is very mild and doesn’t sublimate the tobaccos in anyway. It’s a very harmonious, unique blend. As a huge fan of Latakia, I feel like I’m going to rather enjoy it. I wonder how many years they let their blends sit in their tins? And for what it’s worth, the Penzance and Stonehaven will of course still likely be hard to get because it was only a hand full of tins and they went very quickly. Old Dark Fired in a Northern Briars. Maple sugary, vinegary, sweet aged Virginias with aged Kentucky. It comes with plume even in a fresh tin, staying true to the Old Dark Fired name. I hope they never change that. Sweet and satisfying. This has gotta be one of the smoothest Kentucky blends.- hoipolloiglasgow
