    Good looking pipe! It’s a shape 65. The clues to how old it is are the US stamp that started around 1997 and the Carlo Scotti in the oval that changed to Kino in 2007. Enjoy!

    I think their briar pipe production was always from Italy. The ElDagner collaboration was probably the Danish Pipe Shop thing.

    I live in the desert and I use Bovida packs in my bagidor. I think Bovida is way more consistent than other, beads, clay, foam systems.

    From my experience if the tobacco is bone dry it won’t rehydrate with a Bovida even after months. I found lightly spritzing it with water over a few days to wake it up then it will rehydrate with a Bovida over time works.
