Just had a smoke on the deck. I hadn't yet tried out my Country Gentleman corn cob pipe from Missouri Meerschaum... ...and I thought I would try out my "Black Vanilla" tobacco in it (with a glass of Federalist Cabernet Sauvignon)...decent pairing. Quit, Quitting, Have Quit, Maybe. . .
So, I just started out. I have smoked twice a week for a few weeks. I have to say, I find myself really looking forward to (and repeatedly thinking about) my next pipe. Schedule was tight this week, or I would have smoked mid-week. Looks like it will be the weekend before I smoke...- deckpiper

Hello Board, Newbie U.S. pipesmoker. I bought a pipe 25 years ago...don't remember where, but it was a discount pipe. Smoked a few times, then put it away. Newbie Here...Should I Worry About Nicotine?
Thanks to everyone. Really enjoying this new adventure into pipe smoking. I never smoked cigarettes, and cigars infrequently...never had a problem with nicotine. I was just watching a video on Dunhill Night Cap, and I began to wonder if I should be careful. I'll do small bowls and see how...- deckpiper

I've been smoking Lane BCA. Love it. I've had a few small smokes, and one big one...no problems yet. Local store sold me some other tobaccos: Sterling Balkan Vintage Virginia Black Vanilla Honestly, I bought these in total ignorance.
