Sasieni Eight Dot - $10 Buy?

I think all eight dots were florid script and patent number pipes, but I could be wrong. :)

How Much Air Space When Jarring Bulk?

Just make sure you do not have any tobacco near the rubber seal. I fill to make sure I have just a little wiggle room up top.

    Very Early Comoy Pipe

I am not sure. I will say there is a chance the tenon has been replaced, so that may not be a good indicator of the age of the pipe.

    Very Early Comoy Pipe

From Pipedia London Made Comoy’s were the first London pipe maker to use this phrase. It is the earliest stamp to be used and can be found from 1902 or perhaps earlier and on into the 1930s . At this time, it can appear as “LONDON” over “MADE” or in a straight line under "Comoy's" in script...

A Pair of Old Friends (Comoy & Bewlay)

A recent post about estate pipes motivated me to show a couple of pipes I just got in. These are small pipes, probable around the 90 to 100 year old mark. The Comoy is a "second" Roseberry Extra with a London Made football stamp, the other pipe is a Bewlay Spiral.

    Comoy 126B Restored

Beautiful job! London Pride was the next step down from Blue Riband, and with your pipe it is easy to see why! :)

    Paragon Wax

This is a key point... Use the Paragon for smooth pipes, use the Halcyon for your sandblasted and rusticated pipes.

    Underrated Factory Pipes / Brands

I have around 20 or so B-Lines, they are my main smokers. At least 8 different variations on bulldog shaped pipes, and assorted other billiards, Zulus, straights and bents. Every single one is a beautiful smoker! Unfortunately, it seems JB can no longer send pipes out to the USA or Canada. :(

    Underrated Factory Pipes / Brands

I will make another recommendation if you are not opposed to an Estate pipe. Jarl was a one man shop making handmade pipes in Denmark during the early days of the Danish Freehand explosion until 1980. These are from his "Ribbon" line.

Estate Pipe has Cracks / Fissures in Bowl - Is it Repairable or Should I Return It?

Maybe not for this pipe, honestly for a Dunhill I would want a nicer chamber, but here is a cheap and effective product. No muss.. no fuss. https://aristocob.com/Aristocob-Miracle-Mud-P3248829.aspx :)

    Comoy's 168 Old Bruyere Restoration (1920's pipe?)

    That is definitely a Pre-War pipe. 1920 - early 1930's.

    Sutliff Cringle Flake 2020

This blend reminds me of the 2003 McC 2015 in my stash. I think you had a taste of that last year.
