    WE have access to about 10 orchards within 25 minutes of us. Honey Crisps and Snow Sweets are my jam. We use granny smiths for pies and tarts. I wish there was a decent apple blend that did not create jerky tongue when smoking. The few I have seen are not worth wasting money on.
