    Yes, quite true. I just see myself lower down on the foodie ladder because I don't often eat in top restaurants or buy expensive wines and spirits. I am fairly serious about my cooking, especially bbq and smoked fish and sausage. The next pig hunt in Texas will involve a side trip to the bbq greats.

    Bought me some Brown X but am chicken to try it. :ROFLMAO: Have some Black X and it's one of the stranger smokes I've ever had. Truly tasted like meat to me. I've read it needs some time, so I sliced it and jarred it up.

    I think the most important thing to remember is that the vast majority of pipe smokers didn't learn how to smoke in a matter of days or weeks.
