    White Vinegar and Briar....cleaning?

I know nothing of the sort. From what I have heard, rum or whiskey is best, as it keeps the briar sweet for years to come.

    New Pete Finally Arrived

Beautiful pipe. Congrats! I'm sure I'll be hammered for saying this but with a few of my pipes, I did the 1/4 bowl a few times, then 1/2 bowls, etc, etc..Then with others, I filled the pipe right off the bat and smoked the first few bowls really slow, letting it cool, then re-lighting now and...

    Ordering Tobacco Has Changed

Although it's simplier and easier with a click of the mouse. I for one wish I had a local tobacconist that I could walk into and purchase tobacco, and enjoy a bowl in their lounge. It's too bad our Government detroyed that pleasure by making everywhere indoors "smoke free".

Peterson Estate Restoration, B&A pics..so far

Thanks for the advice and kind remarks. Spartan, funny you picked that up. I truly didn't do that on purpose, but i'm glad I did now. My workbench is in my basement where i started but when I finished the pipe, the flash was too bright with the silver band so I brought it upstairs with natural...
