Silver band was originally a ring from finger.More thick than a standard silver band for pipe so more sturdy.I Turned it with sand paper to get a semi-square shape.Of course i have turned the shank by hand with sand paper to get a precise diameter to fit the ring -

Well i think pipes could be ready to sell.I work fully by hand only drills are machined with a plane drill so it depends on shapes sometime 10, sometime 20, and barely but happen 30 hours to make a complex pipe.What could be the sale price? that's the problem they could cost to much to be sold... -

Well looking at the pic i notice a large amount of small black spots.Not having the pipe in my hands e due to the pic i whould assume that the black stain remained in the small craters of a non perfectly sanded briar.You have to sand for hours if necessary to get a polished surface.Before, only... -

what are the best hard drinks to flavor a pure pipe tobacco with?
I use Laphroaig and leave the tobacco in a sealed box for about 3 months to mature, then i add 30-40% of latakia Maurizio- pentangle

Broken Cake
Ream the pipe without to remove all the cake, leave in the bowl a small fraction of it and put into the small crater some honey then close the crater with the coal dust you removed from the bowl during the reaming.Then start to smoke .That whould fix the problem Maurizio- pentangle
