Agree with scarface.....G & H rum flake packs a punch. Anyone not in the states can get GQ's rum and honey....the aromatic with balls as Glynn puts it.....he sure is correct on that one.
Just opened the Erinmore, well nice. Crikey I'm confused, is it the orientals in the Balkan? Both classed as English but totally different in my opinion.
I just don't think these 'English' blends suit me. Read the reviews just received Presbytarian and Erinmore Balkan. I have tried the Presb' and I just don't like anything about it. Not opened the Balkan yet.
I feel I must go back to my aro's, virginia's, burleys!
Like some of the other posters, the other 'arf does seem to like the Lakeland aromas...G & H Rum flake, rich dark honeydew etc, they do get her attention.

You are quite correct Andy.
Ive got the Old Town vanilla flake on the way.....Samuel Gawith BBF with a vanilla topping, sounds good (fingers crossed).
The dark flake no.7 by the way is exceptional, goo aroma too.
The aromatics I have had before from EA have been a very good quality..no goop.
Pipefish, GH rum flake is nothing like Ennerdale (aroma or taste), don't like the the Ennerdale scent myself but RF is more Condorish...got some nic kick too. Bit strong for me really, decent smoke though.
Well I read once that all tobacco needs a flavouring (casing/topping) of some sort because it tastes discusting in its raw state.
Macbarens toppings are the best IMO on virginias,
