    The Art of Smoking Virginias

I don't like the taste/aroma of OGS or Escudo type tobacc's...think perigue is obvously not my thing. Macbarens ODF, Germains rich dark flake, Sinclairs Highland slice...all Virginia heaven.

    Falcon Pipes?

Played with wooden balls with a lead bias to one side so they can be made to 'curve'. Can be crown green or flat track. The 'jack' is bowled first (small white ball) and the idea is to end up with your ball or balls the nearest to it to score points. Have a quick google Quincy.

    Peterson of Dublin

Thought about getting a Peterson system pipe recently, never had one. Any bodies thoughts about the differnce I would notice from smoking my Falcons and Dr Plums? Are they worth the extra money for the result?

    Falcon Pipes?

Good pipes and very common in England for years. We had a world champion bowls player (David Bryant) who had one in his chops whilst playing, unlit of course! Not a bad system and the meerschaum lined are good too, buy a new bowl and it smokes like you've had a new pipe. I only use the dry rings...

    Carey's Number 7

You are correct James, think it is Highland Sliced...made in Denmark at the same place.

    Carey's Number 7

Great smoke trusty, in the flake or ready rubbed form. Very reasonably priced for us Brits from EA Carey in Jersey.

    Gold Block

I'm not too keen on Gold Block but for quite a time I blended it with 2 parts Benson & Hedges Mellow viginia, thought that did good things to both tobacco's.
