WTB: Small Humidor
Go to a cigar shop and buy an empty box with lips on all four sides. make sure the cigar shop doesn't bend hinges back. Same as a cheap humidor and probably seals better. Use Boveda bags - 65%. Box will probably cost you three bucks, Boveda bag - five bucks. You have a humidor for eight bucks!- badbriar

Smoking Briar vs Meerschaum Pipes
Speaking of dedicating a pipe to a particular blend or genre - better to dedicate a particular favorite blend than dedicate to a style? For example, if you smoke solely lat blends in a meer, would that affect different blends, or allow each to shine as they are blended to be? Am I making sense...- badbriar

Smoking outdoors and the effect of weather conditions
Yeah, it's getting right cold here in FL - going down to a frigid 68 tonite! Winter is right nice here for smoking outside with no mosquitos or no-see ums to bother. In summer (6 months of the year), it's the humidity and heat that gets a bit tedious. 20 to 30 f sounds like heaven!- badbriar

Favorite Peterson Pipe Finish
Seriously nice looking pipe you have there! I also like the Deerstalker, however, your Strand is a looker as well. It appears to have a slight bit more bend than the ones I see on SP currently.
