It's more a case of blending. I smoked some samples that where straight VaPer where my current favorite VaPer is Ascanian #2 with 10% perique that also has a tinge of Orientals. Tuna Steaks - How to Cook?
Butter in a pan, just let it sizzle short, pull, rest. Just enough to get a little color on it. I never tried a acidic marinade which sounds appealing where the fish can soften a bit.- DanWil84

Is a Zippo Pipe Insert Really Better?
Overhere I can only get the Zippo with the little pipe print on it which I don't think is a very attractive design. Somehow i'm having a hard time to find a loose insert or the softflame butane one, the jet lighter is quite easy to find.- DanWil84

Is a Zippo Pipe Insert Really Better?
I have a Zippo with a normal insert and don't think I need the pipe insert. I did pull the wick a little more out of the insert for a larger flame. The upside for the pipe insert might be its a little more fuel efficient, but thats about it.- DanWil84

What Tobaccos do You Not Cellar?
The general premise is that most aro's don't age well if you want them to be aromatics and taste like one. Funny you mention wine; I love Beaujolais. I have once forgotten a bottle of Beaujolais and pulled the cork, wasn't as good as fresh or with no more than year on it. So that's an example...- DanWil84

This sums it up for me. When looking for a pipe I filter on chamber dimensions first and go from there. Coincidentally the majority of my "collection" is bent and for a straight pipe I prefer it long.- DanWil84

Very windy, had 3 storms since Thursday. One of the few moments I regret I can not smoke indoors. Seen a few houses with parts of roofing ripped from it, luckily ours has still everything on it. Pipe and tobacco for today.- DanWil84
