    Like most I think a pipe is a great tool to smoke awesome tobacco. So it should draw effortlessly and the stem should be comfortable with a nice button as I clench and hardly sit while smoking.

    No. Just no. Can't do it, won't do it. But to answer your question, if I could pick one blend which I know right now only it would be Ascanian #2 from Dan Tobacco. For me incredible VaPer with enough perique (10%) to not be just Virginia which most acclaimed VaPer blends give me.
