Block Quality
This has I think about 75 smokes. Its hard to see on the photo, but the parts that look white are actually a bit more beige. I hope it will in due time it will color like the heel of the shank is now. I think coloring is a nice side effect, I would just suggest do with it what it's made for...- DanWil84

Overlighting
When I watch into the pipe when puffing or blow inside the bowl I almost always get or a dead centre ember or a little bit of the sides one, never I see the whole bowl light up. Relights are there to relight, not to incinerate. Like I do with cigars I light my lighter move it towards the bowl...- DanWil84

How Many Bowls In a Tin?
Ribbon or ready rubbed in my largest pipe I pack about 4 grams, so a tin of 100 grams would last about 25 bowls. For flakes I like smaller pipes that hold about 3/4 to 1 flake, I have no idea how much flakes are in tin, but I think it's about 2 grams a pipe. A tin could last about 6 months...- DanWil84

The Easy Pass Test
I honestly never gave it any thought. The case I use a pipe cleaner while smoking when I either get some moisture with the smoke or a gurgle. A pipe cleaner that doesn't pass does the trick for me. I pull apart a pipe after smoking and cooling anyway. But I can understand it could be a form of... -
