    The issue here is that all pipe tobacco is cased, not just aromatics, and technically that casing would fall under the "flavored" umbrella in this legislation. It's not simply grape tobacco, it's all pipe tobacco.

    Unsurprisingly, the legislation specifically cuts out an exception for cannabis even as a flavor. So you can't buy cherry flavored vapes or tobacco, but you can buy cannabis flavored vapes and tobacco. I guess we'll be limited to smoking Sutliff Chronic and C&D Acapulco Gold in our pipes.
