    Who Snagged This!?!

Whoever grabbed those pipes did well. My best score was a Castello Sea Rock lovat in a set of 5 pipes for $35. The seller didn’t include any names or markings in the listing. A quick private message confirmed what I was hoping for. I’m sure you all have similar stories. Sometimes you just get lucky.

Favorite Places to Smoke, and Public Piping Etiquette

I really enjoying smoking when I’m on the trail or in the woods, but there are rarely others nearby. Walking in the neighborhood seems acceptable. Occasionally, I get a compliment about the aroma, as it often reminds folks of their dad or uncle or grandfather.

    What About Pipes Do You

I find it hard to be in a hurry when I’m smoking a pipe. That might be what I like best. Wonderful flavors in a functional piece of art, and a leisurely time enjoying them.

    Florida Home Inventory Completed (Almost)

@hoosierpipeguy, I’ve recently started poking around on this forum and a few days ago I read a post from you about building a cellar. It was from around this time last year. So it’s fun to see what your actual cellar looks like. Super impressive.

Interesting Marking on Two Peterson Estates

Thanks! I looked online—it seems you can only get it from Pfeifen Huber. I’ll have to stop by the next time I’m in Munich.

Interesting Marking on Two Peterson Estates

I recently picked up a couple Peterson estates on eBay. Both pipes have a marking on the bottom that l’m unfamiliar with, as it doesn’t seem typical of the manufacturer. It’s a GH or an HG. I’ll include a picture for reference. Is it the initials of a previous owner? Or maybe the logo of a...
