Pipe Repair Project.
I'd give the chamber a good sanding then mix up some organic sour cream and lots of activated charcoal and give it a good coating, let that dry for a few days then smoke some burley in er for the first 10 bowls. She will be fine and come back to life.- Jon C.P.G.

As 85 is my birth year I can confirm that the letter U hallmark is the one for 1985. I have two birth year Petes myself, a deluxe 12.5s and a deluxe 4s. The hallmark is easy for me to remember as my last name also starts with the letter U- Jon C.P.G.

According to the folks at peterson as ive heard it's just an issue of getting the briar for them, getting the stummels done, it's a popular shape same as the 308 but with the lack of blocks to be had for them it's just one of those things. As a Canuck, I have Charles Lemon at dadspipes for that he hand cuts p lips and makes them with the proper tapered bore etc. I have two Pete African meers and one turkish Star meer on the way to him right now. It's about all I smoke 75 to 80% of the time these days, Big bowls, small bowls, briar, meerschaum, drier and moister, it's good in all ways.
