Can't Get Anymore Packages
Only buy a foreclosure if you have it throughly inspected by a reputable inspector, AND, if you are handy with tools. They can be a good deal especially if the house is a recent build, but buyer beware. A good realtor can be a big help. +1 more for Doc's advice. I hope your mom is doing well.- trailspike48

Back Home From Fishing Trip
We did have a good time. The Kings were still in the Bay waiting for the river to reach the correct level, we were trolling with plugs and shiny lures.
