Do You Like Your Xikar Pipeline?

Glad you found one you like. Live and learn I guess. I bought a Xikar Scribe that I loved the sleek design and ergonomics of, but I wound up displeased with that one because the fuel window became unreadable and it lit very inconsistently. If you don't mind me asking, what did you hate about...

Do You Like Your Xikar Pipeline?

It's a decent lighter for sure, especially at about at least half the price of a Kiribi or IM Corona. I wish they made the flame come out on the thin side instead of on kind of on the wide side. Because of this it's a bit awkward to get used to if you've used other Old Boy style lighters. But...

Which Blend Do You Wish You Bought More Of Before It Disappeared?

Dunhill Aperitif, Daughters and Ryan London Dock, and McClelland blends.

    Your Favorite Match Blend

Robert McConnell St. James Park as a replacement for my precious Aperitif. It's not 100% accurate, but more like 95%, which is fine enough for me to enjoy it in lieu of my precious, discontinued Aperitif.

    Florida Gainesville/Ocala Area Pipe Meet

I'm in Tampa, but from the Wildwood area. I'd be glad to drive up, should my schedule permit. However, I'm not aware of any pipe shops in the area though. They are either straight cigar shops like Roz's Cigar Emporium in Ocala for example, or hook/vape stoner shops.

What is the Filthiest Pipe You Have EVER Had to Clean?

The amount of cake was baffling. The opening was just large enough to fit a pencil through.

Is GL Pease Windjammer A New Tobacco, Or A Re-release?

I heard a guy say he smoked this blend 15 years ago. I was under the impression that this was a brand new blend from Greg Pease. Could anyone clarify?

Cigar Smoker looking for Pipe Tabacco

I forgot, BriarWorks Country Lawyer is another good one to try.

Cigar Smoker looking for Pipe Tabacco

I would try GL Pease's Robusto and/or Key Largo. They are both cigar leaf pipe blends I enjoy. I find that Robusto is more robust (shocking right?), though somewhat straightforward, where as Key Largo is more mild, but very nuanced and interesting with its flavors. I have also smoked Habana...

Cigar Smoker looking for Pipe Tabacco

I did this once before and severely regretted it. It was an outstanding cigar I chopped up, though it was a few years ago so I don't remember which one it was...and it tasted horrid. That's just my experience, however.

No Tobacco Tastes as Good as it Smells!! Discuss

Edit: I changed the wording as it's much easier to read- hope it is so for others. Here's the original title: "The thing with ALL pipe tobaccos is it doesn't taste as good as it smells." - Please remember caps in title next time! Thank you. A guy said this to me today. I find this to be...

    Worst Gifts Ever

Gosh, one Christmas my aunt got me a pack of socks and peanuts. They weren't even special peanuts or socks. She could have just gotten a me a card ?

    Hello Everyone!

Hey! I just made a figured I would introduce myself, as seems to be the custom. I walked into work today and learned there were "some pipe guys" on the patio out back. They are real swell guys. They all use this forum and this is how they organized their meet-up. I figured now was as good a...
