Which Smokes Make You Feel Manly?

None. I don't feel manly about smoking pipes. That's why I bought this "not-manly" pipe, which is, by my standards, the most beautiful ever made.

    Dried Tobacco Gone Bad

I always had good results drying my tobacco. But recently, when drying Viprati, the taste became kind of mediocre in my opinion. And it's a pretty good tobacco when fresh out of the tin. Do you guys think that some tobaccos don't benefit from drying?

Brand New Armellini Suprema With Sillver Ring $60 on EBay

Well, I've just scored it for $59.99. I hope it's as beautiful as in the pictures and that it smokes well. Can't wait for it to arrive. It was a little above my budget, but I had never seen such a beautiful pipe in my life, so I had no choice but to buy it. If such an insanely beautiful pipe...

Brand New Armellini Suprema With Sillver Ring $60 on EBay

There are several Suprema models with silver rings, all starting at $60. Should I place a bet on all of them, even if I only want to take one? Edit.: It seems that no one wants those pipes because of the "androgynous" look, so he lowered some to $55.

French Estate - Peco Extra Army Mount

I seems to be unsmoked. I've never heard of this brand though. I want a pipe with an Army Mount and this one is affordable ($36.90). Does it seem like a good deal to you? https://www.ebay.com/itm/pipe-Peco-extra-army-mount-unsmoked-neuve-new/352609518366?hash=item52192a431e:g:VKoAAOSwJBhcfbuo

    Video of pipe smoking

Cool... But hers doesn't even seem to have an acrylic tip. Seems to be all wooden. Amazing stuff.

Sorry to go off-topic, but a pipe with a wooden stem? I didn't know there were pipes with wood stems.

A Change Of Focus... And More Enjoyment (Warning! Long Post)

[2] I am definitely a needy and poor pipe smoker. Send it to me too if you will. I pay for the shipping!

Let's See Pics of Your $19.99 Brushed Stanwell.

Are you sure? I had some 9mm Vauens and they didn't fit my Stanwell de Luxe 45, too large.

Still Have Your First Pipe? Why or Why Not?

Yes. I had a $10 no-name cheap pipe which broke right after I tried to smoke it years ago and made me quit pipe smoking for some time, so I don't count that. Then my mother gave me this Bazzanelli churchwarden last year. I was going to go back to smoke cigarettes or start to smoke pipes, and...

    Aristocob - Poor Customer Service

The businessman and the OP are both right. That's how the market works. Good marketing, good relationship with clients at one side. Looking for customer's rights at the other side. Etc. I'm glad it all got sorted out. Congratulations to Scott who managed to find this thread.

Vulcanite, Acrylic, Plastic, and Horn Stems - Which is More Resistant?

I actually don't hold pipes between my teeth. I feel they're all too heavy for my taste. I hold them with my hand... So that probably won't happen I guess. My only concern is shattering. So horn seems the way to go!

Vulcanite, Acrylic, Plastic, and Horn Stems - Which is More Resistant?

I'm not sure, but Smokingpipes says so https://www.smokingpipes.com/pipes/new/Ropp/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=317389 Interesting, I was thinking it was the less resistant of the four... I guess that explains why my very first pipe (which I don't even consider my first pipe since I barely even...

Vulcanite, Acrylic, Plastic, and Horn Stems - Which is More Resistant?

I think horn stems like this are beautiful, despite pipes like this being somewhat more expensive. If they are resistant though, I will consider it.

Vulcanite, Acrylic, Plastic, and Horn Stems - Which is More Resistant?

Resistant to falling to the ground, I mean. I'm thinking of buying a pipe with a horn stem because of its supposed resistance/durability (if it eventually falls to the ground accidentally), but I'd like to hear the experts' opinions first.

    Gag reflex

I have the same problem every once in a while, with random blends that I enjoy a lot. Would love to hear the experts' opinions on this.

Show Off The Favorite Pipe Lighter Of Yours

Yes... But the fact that you just confirmed the existence of the pressurized chambers so far back (available to everyone) amazes me. I really thought those lighters were spread to public in the 80's, 90's or so.
