States of Virginia sounds similar to what McClelland did with their Red & Black, minus the brights.
Mixing all 3 sounds similar to McClelland's Virginia Woods and Butera's Matured Ribbon.
I'm sure there are others with all 3 as well, definitely making a nice Virginia blend.
It was damn tasty for sure and what was very nice was the fact you could smoke the varietals separately and get to understand them and once mixed you knew what each one was and how they worked together in the blend. Fun stuff and a great study in Virginia leaf.

A bowl of ODF in a 1937 347 Bruyere Canadian with a US pat. no.1343253/20. It is a wonderful smoker, but I have never read of the model number 347 until I chanced upon this pipe. Does anyone know whether this is an authentic dunhill or not?

The stamping is very worn but I will try to show it below:
