Yesterday evening I enjoyed some Bengal Slices in my Peterson Dublin Bulldog (pipe #3 from left in pic below). I hadn't had this blend in about nine months -- my immediate like of it transferred to the barrel aged variant and that's what I've been reaching for since. Revisiting the OG reminded me how great it is without barrel aging.
Followed this up with some Sun Bear: Black Locust '24 in my Savinelli Siena 673KS (pipe #1 below). This is still my wife's favorite blend. She will taste most of what I smoke on occasion as long as it isn't overly heavy on latakia, but it is hard to get my pipe back when smoking SBBL.
Third pipe as the evening progressed was some MB Vanilla Roll Cake in my LCS Briars bent Rhodesian (pipe #2). Man I love this blend! It and Dark Twist Roll Cake have become regulars in my rotation.
The fourth and final pipe was some good-ole Boswell's Northwoods in my LCS Briars bent billiard (pipe #6). I can smoke this any day any time and enjoy myself.
