I'll second and add to @Bbailey324 comments.

I love Kajun and find it dark and powerful. Bayou Morning is almost there but also sweeter. Red Carpet has a nice slightly sour woodiness to it that appeals to me in the same way Pegasus does. @Ted Vig brought some to club last week and I could easily see myself stocking up. It is an easy-smoking Va-Per that is clearly C&D. I guess there was some debate about it containing Orientals but someone quoted Jeremy Reeves saying there was none so I believe that
Sounds like it will be right up my alley. So far I've loved all of the C&D VaPers I've tried.

My wife’s in our garage beside me worried about the current day’s news while I’m smoking Smoker’s Pride Cherry in a MM General quarter bent, which is sort of like a MacArthur, except not as flamboyant.

The Enola Gay is closing on Hiroshima and the city is about to pay for the 1931 Invasion of Manchuria, which was a prelude to Pearl Harbor.

What goes around, always, always, always comes back around.

Along Came Jones 1969 live version

Those folks in Hiroshima ought to go to their best bomb shelters, you know?.:)

Been out of circulation (and smokeless) a few days. Family stuff going on. Finally found space and time to light up some McConnell's Scottish Cake in the Peterson army mount bent Rhodesian. Didn't take a pic of those because you already know what they look like. Proper spring weather here at last, and doing some work in our local churchyard, and noticed this one I'd never seen before - look at the name... View attachment 379793
What a cool picture! I have to admit I'm a bit of a cemetery wanderer.

Thank you. Would not have guessed that was an 03.

I'm thinking of buying another Peterson. You've got some nice ones, and your "from above" photos make them look great

I'm still smoking this Short 264 with Escudo

I got a Tyrone 03 as well I adore.
The 309 is superb.
For a sitter get a Peterson Irish harp poker. Good little cheap nifty pipe.

Just finished smoking year 2022 Solani 633 in a straight smooth brown Algerian briar post-WW2-mid 50s family era Barling’s Make Ye Olde Wood Straight Grain Made in England bulldog with a diamond shape shank and black ebonite stem. This pipe came from the estate of David Cuneo.

Red Carpet in a Peterson Christmas 69.

@BenMN I hadn't seen any discussion about Red Carpet containing Orientals and it hadn't occurred to me that it might. I don't taste anything to make me think it does so I do believe that it doesn't.
