Newminster #306 English Oriental in a Savinelli carved "cob" briar pipe with a thin green band and bright yellow stem (corn themed) 606 KS bent billiard.

Had a good call from a high school friend retired to Hawaii after a long career with the Chicago Board of Trade. He was telling me about an invasive species of deer that has overrun their outer island after being brought from the big island for hunters, and also feral chickens that mug people at fast food outside dining, probably escapees from cockfighting farms.
Like the rabbits released into Australia. And the feral hogs taking over in the south. Bad ideas.

Relaxing after a wonderful chicken legs and baked potato dinner with a bowl of freshly made chocolate pudding for dessert. I'm almost half way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Sir Patrick Sweet Dublin from the ‘70s courtesy @RustiePyles CPG via the box pass in my first pipe ever, a Legend.

This is my first free night to just smoke so I’m going for my personal best in number of bowls smoked in a day 😁

It will definitely fall short of some of y’all’s daily smokes 😆
