Trying out some C&D Rajah’s Court in an old hobby block briar that I use for Latakia blends. Not even halfway through the bowl yet, but so far it kind of reminds me of Red Odessa, with a strong leading performance from the red Virginia. I think the Oriental presence might be stronger in Rajah’s Court though.

Now smoking Sutliff Pressed Burley in a smooth unfinished brown slight bend 2015 Savinelli 320KS author with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
It’s hot, ya’ll. I’ve been working in it all day and the air conditioning is feeling great right now. I’m going to pack a MM Legend with Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake for a shorter smoke and give it an hour before I venture back outside.
Stressful day so I’m treating myself. Dipping into 99’ Christmas Cheer in a ratty old cob. It’s doing the trick.
Davidoff FM's in my 70's vintage GBD Virgin Bulldog #2007 fit with black acrylic bit.. My drink Dr. Pepper after a burger, beans, chips with watermelon cubes cooked on the patio.

“Probably one of the first filter pipes (paper filter) was the BBB "Sir Morell Mackenzie". That this pipe was made before 1900 is shown by a letter dated August 27, 1891 from Sir Morell Mackenzie regarding these models with longer mouthpieces. The brand survived into the 1960s.”
