I won't buy tobacco with a plastic lid. I'm not an environmentalist but it just seems aesthetically unappealing. Lot's of choices out there. I like the tins.

I hear you, but, tins are ruined with warning labels and once you open the tin it goes in a jar, so who cares about the plastic lid.

Unless you smoke through a tin and keep it in said container with it’s plastic lid.

Yeah, I could do that. Don't get me wrong. I eat a lot of things with a plastic lid. Sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonaise, But for whatever reason when it comes to tobacco...give me tin or give me death.

I have never done any plastic recycling and assumed it’s common, so I don’t know much about it. Google results showed a lot of information about the Myths of Plastic recycling and I was like scratching my head, so not sure about the reality of recycling plastics. Hmm ?
