EDIT: Fixed Capitalization in Title (See Rule 9)

I won't buy tobacco with a plastic lid. I'm not an environmentalist but it just seems aesthetically unappealing. Lot's of choices out there. I like the tins.

Sure a nicely designed tin with no warning stickers on it is attractive. But to avoid great tobacco blends due to a throw away lid seems a touch daft.

Thanks man. I've never been called daft before. :( I realize that I will not be able to try all the tobacco out there in my life time so I look for fun ways to buy my tobacco. I love tins and tin art. I hate unnecessary plastic. And yes I am a "noob" so I understand there are some who are lookin for the nirvana of tobacco brand but I just like the smoke. Peace man. Merry Christmas.

I love the artistry of pipes, the history, also of tobacco and tin art, so I am on your side in regards to all of the art, but to any Pipe Lover, I can’t image these two McClelland tins with plastic lids on them, as aesthetically unappealing.

I think the art drawn on these tins portrays nice art, and some of the best in Pipe Tobacco art too. ;)

You would never own either of these with the plastic lids on them? Hmm ?
