I taste tested it last October. There are stronger blends, but this is no light weight. I have a little left, so I'll start working on a review before long.

If you like a strong burley, like maybe Semois, it's a winner.

I heard part of the reason the usps is financially problamatic is a law was passed that made them prepay or fund their retirment plan for 75 years in the future. So funded for people who havent been born or hired.

Exactly this. Without this retirement plan thing they would be highly profitable.

I'm really looking forward to this flake. I've smoked a bunch of homegrown rustica (makhorka) in Russia when out in the country visiting. That's all my wife's Grandpa smoked, usually in a cone of newspaper. They mix in chopped up stem material to moderate the nic content. They still sell the industrial makhorka. It's pretty rough stuff, kind of like smoking wood chips. I can't wait to taste what MacB does with rustica.

Apparently, the casing in this tobacco is used motor oil from Panzer tanks. What the heck! I'm in!

I'm definitely intrigued. I have grown rustica before and would really like to taste some with a refined and less "rustic" flavour.
