A real man's hat

A real man should have proper headwear. Here's mine:

A real man wears a real hat. And removed it indoors and when speaking to a lady. This unfortunately lost on today's generation...

I'm a big fan of the classic kangol style 'bagger vance' style hats. I own around 6 of them. Classy style of a lost generation.

On occasion, I wear a "real" period-correct felt bowler style hat.
When I compete in Cowboy Action Shooting I wear a 20 gallon Texas hat.
When I compete in Speed Steel I wear a baseball style hat, but never wear it backwards.

Haha like the one my dog is sporting in my avatar, I just realized. His collection dwarfs mine though. He's a classy canine.

I own a number of fedoras, including several Borsalinos. No feathers, though.

I alternate between a Big Apple hat and a Greek Fisherman's hat. I also enjoy a leather cowboy hat I picked up in Mexico. But I admit when it is brutal cold, I grab my sock hat that looks like a moose.
