It's all in good fun to talk about what "real men" do. Real men have a healthy sense of humor and are able to laugh together and laugh at themselves.

Here's what I was wearing for part of this weekend's Steampunk convention...

The tentacles are from ThinkGeek, and they actually squirm when powered (via USB cables and a battery pack inside the hat...).

I have a few flatcaps/ivy caps that I wear every day, unless I'm working or shooting, in which case they may be swapped out for a Guinness ballcap. Then there's the fedora (not a trilby) that my music fraternity wears instead of letters. I prefer the flatcaps even with suits, but the fedora is pretty nice when one needs to look extra classy.

Nice to see others of the same bent. I tend to stand out a bit.

Anglesey, while I have a Fedora and a few other hats, I agree with you as the one I wear most frequently is a tweed cap. I'm the fellow on the right.

HaHa Bradley, love the pink stocking! This post really tells the variety and tastes of the different folks in our forum.

This is another type of hat I've worn in the past. I was still a kid in '75.

Houndstooth, where is that? Looks like the Pennines, or maybe the north York moors.
