Yes, people have more money than sense.

There has been a vast, unprecedented accumulation of wealth in the top 1/10th of 1% of the world's population over the last couple of decades. For some of them, spending 2.7 million on a bottle of scotch is like one or two hundred for us peasants.

Yet here in the USA the peasants continue to support the current system that keeps the 1/10 of the 1% accumulating wealth generation after generation. That bottle will probably sit in a warehouse tax free until it goes up for auction again.

I actually think the majority of Americans want major change. It's just that we don't agree on what those changes should be.

Some of us want to return to being a Constitutional Republic, and some want something very different from that. Unfortunately we seem to be at a point of irreconcilable differences. It's all divide and conquer, while the Kleptocrats laugh all the way to the bank.
