Favorite Pipe Shape?
Hi Guys, So far I really like the bent billiard (Sav 606) it fits my hand well, it doesn't get hot and it smokes english well. But it's a pretty deep bowl and makes for a long smoke. Which I like. Underwhelmed by Haddo's?
With great expectation I filled my Sav 606 with a bowl. I'm new to Va/Pers but even though it smoked cool and dry, I wasn't getting the peppery or plummy perique note. Do Wider Bowls Give More "Flavor?"
Hi Guys, Been looking at some Savinelli bent pots, and some have a big (23 or even 26 mm bowl. They said the wide bowl is good for English blends and getting the most flavor out of these blends. It sounds like advertising to me, but is there any truth to it in your experience? Thanks- henryp

Proper Pipe for Smoke
Hello, I'm starting to smoke my aromatics in a bent billiard, Savinelli 606 ks, and my latakias in a bent bulldog. I like longer sweeter smokes, but I love latakias when it gets cooler outside, and I smoke outside. I still like smaller bowls of latakia. How about you guys? pat- henryp
