For those bemoaning the price of Zippo fluid, I want to share a secret that many probably already know. It sounds like many also do not. Here it is:
Go to the hardware store. Buy a quart of VM&P naphtha. It’s like $8.00 for a quart. The squirt top of a Ronsonol bottle will pop right on. Voila. Zippo fluid from now until the cows come home. ?

I love Zippos, I’ve got three regular ones, and a pipe Zippo should be in the mailbox today. I didn’t get much fuel taste with rollies or MYO cigarettes back in the day, but it’s a lot more noticeable with pipes. I’m hoping the pipe Zippo works out better in that regard.
