I think it's safe to say that burley based blends seems to be the most user-friendly from the responses so far. I used to not care for them at all but in the past 6 months it seems my taste have changed and I'm reaching for them more often. I normally like flakes, cakes, ropes, and plugs and for me these all definitely need some special attention before just lighting up and smoking. I'm definitely enjoying the simplicity of no prep easy to smoke blends right now.

At this point it's Mac Baren Mixture Scottish Blend. Variable, but consistently pleasant.

Like others have stated about theirs, it's not my "favorite", but it's been pleasing in well over 20 different pipes and seems to offer something to me no matter my pH or other environmental quirks of the day. That is a new experience for me.

No surprise here, mine is Condor & St. Bruno.

Honestly though, not many tobaccos cause a “fuss” for me. I never understand when I see threads about having a hard time smoking certain blends, I often see that for 1792 Flake or Dark Star, etc etc… I’ve just never had that issue, I guess I’m lucky in that way.

I enjoyed reading through these responses from a thread I missed awhile back. There were some blends mentioned that I've always meant to give a try to, but haven't YET.
Back when I started, I wanted to search and experience and taste 'em all.
To answer the op's question succinctly and honestly: SWR

To go into the subject a little more, I began to buy not only tins but bulks for comparison and 'in search of'.
After about 3 years of exploration, I have been mixing my own 'stuff' and varying my mixes depending upon the varietals I use. Over the long haul, I've saved money, and I've enjoyed my mixes, which tend to have various amounts and types of Virginia, Burley, and Perique. I've got Izmir, Latakia, and somewhere, some Vanilla Cavendish if I get bored with my regular genre.
I have a large sterlite storage/mixing bowl and I just keep a mix in it and load my pipe over it to keep from getting crumbs on the floor. Then, it's outside for either a walk, a bike ride, or just to sit in a chair and inhale fresh air.
I probably smoke about 6- 8 bowls a day? I have tins, too, of course, but typically it's been costing me about $250 or less a year for tobacco that I really enjoy!. I live within my SS income.:sher:

Funny thing is, this desire came and went... but I've been subject to that kind of experience so it has led me in the "wide" direction in my purchases. Variety seems to help keep my palate fresh.

Just a couple weeks ago I had a tin of aged Presbyterian after not having any for 2(?) years.
Best. Thing. Ever. Felt like I died and went to heaven. But instead of digging in my stash for more, I moved on. If I hadn't I would have become bored with it, I'm sure.

Knocking on Virginias door lately, and her good friend Perique too. I haven't tried all I've got, but I'm glad I went wide.

I might have extra Scottish Blend... :LOL:

Excellent. We would all do well to live within or below our means.

Probably couldn’t tell them apart in a blind test and just load up on whatever is on sale at the time. Easy to grab a wad and stuff it in any pipe and they all smoke sweet down to ash
