This is Sasha...5.5 year old mixed breed of some type...adopted her 4.5 years ago at the Humane Society.
They told me it was her second stay there, and had just been brought in again the morning of the day I got her. She's a very good-natured and well behaved dog, so chances are it was due to owner circumstances that she was placed there.
There are so many unwanted animals in shelters that I really wish people would always adopt rather than purchase from breeders or pet stores.

This is Cooper. One of our four basset hounds and destroyer of pipes. In all my years, this is the only hound who got a hold of one of my pipes and chewed on it. Fortunately, only slight rim damage and I was able to have it re-stained, now it is back in rotation.
