Which Side of The Mouth?

One of us isn't wired up right... and i'm more than a little concerned its me!

I was born leftie, but my parents attempted to make me right handed. I guess I'm slightly, unnaturally ambidextrous.

I wonder if it makes any difference to the preferred side that you guys drive on the other side of the road

I am constantly switching from either side and middle. Neither spot gets more than 5 minutes of attention at a time.

I never thought about that. That's an interesting point. All I can say is that my decision to use the right side was unconscious

I'm a rightie, and I don't clench, so it's just natural for me to hold my pipe with the right hand and put it to my mouth; since the closest side of my mouth to my right hand is—you guessed it!—the right one...

Of course, when shifting gears I tend to disturb the contents of the bowl and sometimes this causes a relight.

Surprised by how many lefties there are. I'm right side dominant for everything except for clenching pipes.

I am a lefty and clench on the right side of my mouth exclusively. I use my left hand to light my pipe every time. I am a weird lefty.

I played tennis with my left hand. Played basketball with my left. I played baseball as a lefty in the field but batted righty. I played golf as a righty. I played hockey as a righty. My best foot in soccer was my right. I kicked field goals and punts with my right foot. My stronger foot while skiing was my right. I played Lacrosse as a righty.

Both and middle. You really should move the pipe around in your mouth.

Yeah , had a dentist tell me many years ago that it's better for dental health to move it around. So, have done so since.

When left to it's own devices, my pipe always seems to find it's way to the left side of my mouth. That said, I try to make a conscious effort to balance it out.

When I started smoking, it was only comfortable on the right side. Over the years, I've grown accustomed to moving it around. I'm still biased to the right, but it's more evenly balanced now.

I had a chamber today and as usual I was reading. I meant to pay attention but kinda forgot.

Thinking on it though, I’d say it tends to find itself at home on the left side of my mouth... likely because I’m frequently scrolling up on my Kindle with my right pointer finger. I try and change sides after tamping.
